Manduka PRO Yoga Mat
If you are looking for a great mat to use at home, this is the one. You'll buy it once and never need to get another. Trust us. We have worn out mats - lots of them. This is the one we now use at home. It's a little heavy to carry around town, but at home it offers the BEST support and cushioning. Some mats are TOO squishy and can adversely affect balance. Others are too hard and don't feel good when we lie on them. This one is just right

Manduka Cork Yoga Blocks
We LOVE these blocks. They cost a little more. The extra stability is totally worth it. They are super supportive and they won’t slip.

Foam Blocks
Foam blocks are also good. They cost less and weigh less than cork blocks. You choose!

Manduka PROLite Yoga Mat
We get it. We don't want to lug a Manduka PRO Yoga mat around town either. That's why we also use one of these. It's a little bit thinner and lighter than the Manduka PRO Yoga Mat. It offers great cushioning and the stability we have come to expect. Like the Manduka PRO Yoga Mat, it has the perfect texture on the bottom to grip the floor and the perfect texture on the top to grip your feet. The closed cell foam used in these mats ensures no funky smells...

Straps
Get at least an 8′ strap. There’s no downside to it being a little longer than you need. Shorter than you need – not so good.

Solid Color Mexican Blankets
These blankets are a cotton synthetic blend - non itchy. One of things we like about them is that they fit a mat exactly when folded in half lengthwise. They shed a bit (all yoga blankets do) until they have been washed a few times. Sometimes we like to use two or three at a time for practice. We love props...

Bolsters
These bolsters are the BEST! They are the right size and SUPER Supportive. They are NOT squishy like pillows (or some other name-brand bolsters). After years of use in our studio they have held up exceedingly well. They stay firm and keep doing their job year after year. The cotton cover zips off for washing, too.

Manduka Align Yoga Strap
This strap isn't stretchy. That's good. They're not supposed to stretch. It is stable, yet soft and flexible. The buckle is easier to manipulate than a D-ring buckle. This is good news if you have arthritic fingers.

Manduka Recycled Wool Blanket
We love these wool blankets, too. Ours is an older model. The newer ones have a nicer binding on the edge. They're super durable and don't shed as much as the synthetic/cotton blends.
