Are you ready for a little more? Build on the foundation you created in the Easy Does It classes as you add more challenging poses and hold them a little longer.
You’ll learn some of the classic yoga poses and get guidance about how to move in and out of them. You’ll deepen your practice as you link your breath to these movements. The transitions are just as important as the poses.
In Next Step you’ll start flowing from one pose to the next as you develop strength and agility. You’ll begin to build stronger core muscles — the transverse abdominals and obliques — the ones that you rely on when you bend and twist.
Next Step classes are a little longer, usually 30 minute or more.
